Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Th3 SpaceIO (TH3 SPACEIO HUB, a registered business name in Nigeria) collects through this website, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Forms (contact, Academy waitlist, instructor applications, email updates, Free Week, CTF Night, volunteering and feedback): your name, email address and the details each form asks for. The instructor form also asks for an optional WhatsApp number and a profile link.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, review applications and run the programmes you sign up for.
• To email you about the Academy or new posts, only if you asked us to.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running the community.

Where it is stored

Our forms run on Jotform, which stores what you submit, and Jotform's own privacy policy also applies. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both may store or process data outside Nigeria.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them for, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email th3officialspaceio@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
